Refund policy

Generally, all are final and returns are not accepted. In some cases, we do allow returns upon prior written approval within 14 days of delivery in exchange for a store credit. These store credits are valid for the duration of one (1) year. After that period store credits can no longer be claimed. In the case of refunds, a 15% restocking fee will apply. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.
